This is the 800 meter mark. I like this photo, my top four are all in it. Brendan is just out of frame. I thought we had a pretty good start at this point in the race. Blake Hale is right there too. He was running with a broken and dislocated rib, he had it popped back in a few days before the race, it popped back out at the two at the two Mile mark. You can see the pain in his face toward the latter part of the race.
